Reigate Summer Festival is looking to build a small team of young enthusiasts to take a lead role in running the festival and to bring their own ideas to life. Now preparing for the fourth festival in June 2027, we want to hear from young people with a passion for any of the arts and an interest in any aspect of live events.

This is a voluntary, unpaid role, but one that will give you amazing experience and an impressive tick on your CV.

The role will require you to devote a bit of time to it every week. Nothing too onerous, but if you disappear into a dark hole for two months it won't be ideal. Bear that in mind if you've got big exams coming up.

You will be part of the RSF Team, who will help you whenever required, but will mostly be looking to you for ideas and initiative. We'll guide you and support you but we won't dictate to you. This is about you taking the lead.
